Information EMDEE handles

EMDEE stores your account identifiers, profile details, notes, relationships between notes, uploaded files, saved revisions and sharing settings. Connected clients have authorization records, permission grants and token records. Activity records may include tool names, document paths, timestamps and selected request details, including search queries. Service providers may process technical logs needed to operate the service.

Why and where information is processed

We use this information to operate your workspace, synchronize and render content, authorize connected clients, support sharing, preserve revisions and investigate errors or misuse. Supabase provides account authentication, database and file storage. Google provides Google sign-in, and Vercel hosts the application. These providers process information needed for their services under their own terms and privacy policies.

Connected AI clients and public sharing

When you connect ChatGPT, Claude or another client, information returned by EMDEE is sent to that client and handled under its provider's policies. Writes are limited by your connection permissions and token scopes. EMDEE does not run a hosted AI model to generate your hub summaries; a connected client can generate and publish them when you authorize it.

Publishing a collection makes its selected content and included descendants accessible to people with the public link. A shared collection may include later additions. Recipients can copy or download published content. Unpublishing does not remove copies others have already made.

Your controls and retention

You can manage connection permissions and revoke connections from Settings, edit your content, and change public sharing. Moving a note to Trash is a soft deletion, not an immediate permanent erase. Saved revisions and activity records can remain after edits or soft deletion. EMDEE does not currently promise a fixed automatic deletion period for those records.

For account deletion, permanent erasure, access requests or questions about retained records, contact the support address above. We will clarify the applicable process and any operational or legal retention requirements. Revoking a connection stops its future access but does not delete information already delivered to the connected provider.

Security and updates

Authenticated access and permission checks protect private workspace content. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not store credentials or material you are not authorized to provide. Changes to this notice will appear on this page with an updated date.
